"The grout lines in the shower cubicles in room 220 need to be scrubbed. They have darkened with constant use (which is expected); however, they have not been adequately cleaned after each guest. Furthermore, the hotel room door to 220 is very hard to open from the inside, and in the case of an emergency, this could be problematic. I hope these issues will be looked at; otherwise, all else was fine, especially the decor! Thank you. "
