"Great hotel and location. Easy and quick check in. The best breakfast buffet, amazing bar/restaurant and gym. This was the best hotel stay in Johannesburg. The hotel is surrounded by the Nelson Mandela plaza and mall. You have access to many stores and food places. The bar/restaurant at the hotel offered some of the best meals and drinks. Must stay here. This hotel is great for family, couples and business. It was less than 30 minutes away from airport and 5 minute walking for everything else listed."

"Reception service was great, housekeeping needs to be more attentive, fresh towels usually have hair from other guests, floors are cleaned haphazardly. "
