"First, the spiral staircase that takes you from the ground level entry door to the 2nd floor living area, and then from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor bedroom and full bath is narrow and steep. I had no problem, but any bag larger than a backpack stayed in the car. We absolutely loved every minute at this property. The apartment had everything we needed. Coffee maker worked great, ice maker in the freezer was full of ice. Pots to cook, salt, pepper and cajun seasoning. My son slept on the sofa...

"My husband and I are both from Patterson. He passed away three years ago and I did this trip with a friend to take pics and visit place we hung out at. The house was awesome. Heather was a great host. I accidentally locked my self out and she helped me to get back in and she was on vacation!!:). I will stay here again in the future!! I would have loved to see some local art on the walls! I may just have to send her some of the pics we took!!!!"

"This was such a memorable birthday! From the enriching history of the property to the coziness of both inside and outside aspects of the home. Mom enjoyed the antique aspects and my boyfriend enjoyed the serenity of the lush trees - I enjoyed that it made me feel like I was in the Princess and the Frog.
