"The room could use a little more thorough cleaning, as everything shows on a hard floor particularly behind furniture and the like. Aside from that, the staff at the desk, the bar, and the restaurant (the only ones we interacted with) were all extremely polite, pleasant, and helpful. Despite the minor complaint, I would happily stay here again."

"The Canopy hotel and its rooms were extremely clean and modern. Service was wonderful, they even provided the guest with super comfy robes. Love the fact that the hotel’s location was walking distance to many areas including the Ithaca Falls. When we booked the hotel, we were expecting an average hotel but boy were we wrong! The Canopy has definitely exceeded our expectations and we look forward to future stays at The Canopy Hotels by Hilton. "
