"From the outside the property looked a bit tired but on entering we loved the friendly warm welcome. The ambiance in the bar and dining areas was so lovely and the choice of food really great - it was truly appetising! Wonderful stay - we’ll certain stay again if we’re in the area. "

"Really good service. Friendly welcome on arrival, shown to room. Nice clean room with the basic necessities. Bed, shower, tea and coffee, fridge, towels. No parking but one of the nearby streets is used and free. About a 10 minute walk to the centre. About 5 minutes from the beach. "

"The room was very clean, beds comfy, en suite was nice and clean, huge TV, WIFI was brilliant, fridge was a nice touch as was tea. Coffee and biscuits, there was also nice soft towels and toiletries. On the down side I didn’t see a single member off staff or another guest, didn’t really think much to the key box check in. There was no restaurant or guest TV room. The street is very scruffy and rubbish strew all over the road."

"The room was slightly dated, but very clean. On arrival the room was cold, but there was an option to contact the owners to have the heating boosted if required. We were visiting friends nearby so didn't need to do so, and the room was lovely and warm on our return once the scheduled heating had started. Overall, we were pleased with our choice of accommodation "
