The renovated lobby and courtyard are looking great. She was very responsive and accommodating as small issues occurred. We look forward to returning to this property. The location is ideal with the beach, coffee, ice cream, plenty of restaurants all within walking distance or a two minute drive.The property itself is incredible. "Overall the house was okay. For the price I would have expected better. Right off the bat the front door handle broke and we had to fix it. We also had to go buy light bulbs for one of the rooms. It is an older house, not all the outlets worked, and the house never really cooled off. I slept on the couch because the master bedroom was too hot. The shower drain had hair in it (surely not the owners fault) and also, there is no bathroom door. As a woman in a family of all males, that information...

"We stayed at this property for the month of February, and have only good things to say. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient to all attractions. We enjoyed the access to Park Shore beach and the walking path. Property manager, Samantha was attentive and quick to respond to just a few requests. The backyard is drenched in sunshine and the pool wasenjoyed.We hope to be back at this home again!"
