"We traveled to Fargo to visit our college kiddo and found this home to be absolutely perfect for our needs. It was the perfect mix of old charm with beautiful and thoughtful upgrades. It is clear that Richard has put amazing thought into the renters experience. We traveled with teenagers and dogs and all felt very comfortable in this space! "The rooms were spacious, so beautifully and comfortably decorated. We did not realize there was not a main floor bedroom but my 80year old parents were able to handle the stairs to the lower level. I would highly recommend this for groups of 8 who want to gather and have a good location."
