And yet it was hidden away so that it was peaceful at night. (With the exception of one night that the person in the apartment above paced the floor all night.) I would definitely stay there again."

"The good parts, Very historic apartment, great location, restaurants, close to the tram. Don't plan on getting a rental car or large taxi close. We carried luggage several blocks and then down the 500 year old stairs. Good part is that they provided parking ramp access 500 meters away. Our checkin was difficult. Miscommunication and not not very patient, leave it at that. It was well equiped and very clean."

"My wife and I had a lovely stay at the flat in St Medard en Jalles. The owner, Sylvie, was very helpful and friendly explaining to us about the locality and giving advice on things to do. The main problem is the fact that there is no lock on the apartment door which is unacceptable. There was an unpleasant incident when the owner knocked on door late at night complaining that we were not locking the outer door of the apartment correctly. "Nice, comfortable and very clean property was just what we were looking for. All the facilities we needed, in a peaceful part of Bordeaux but not far from amenities. Beds comfortable, shower excellent, and with nice balcony to sit out. 30 minutes walk from central Bordeaux, and for us a 10 minute walk to the rugby stadium. Communication with owners ahead of the trip fine, and all check-in and other information was provided in good time. Thank you!"
