"We loved our stay at Hotel Mona. I highly recommend to book a room with Lakeview, amazing view of lake Geneva. Our room was spacious, it had an included mini bar at no extra charge, chocolates and wine. Breakfast buffet was very good and has plenty of options, including omelette station. There's always coffee, tea, water and juice at the lobby free of charge and in the evening they bring out a Pop corn machine and candy. It also has a Jacuzzi, outdoor seating by the lake. There's laundry facilities free of charge, just ask at the reception for the key, the laundry room also has the ice maker machine and a microwave. The hotel's location couldn't be better, 5 minutes from the train station, 1 minute to the tram stop, the Freddy Mercury statue is less than 10 minutes walk by the lake, and shopping and restaurants close by. Customer service was excellent; we hope to come back to Mona Hotel."

"Been staying here for 15 years - great location and very good access to public transport. Restaurants and bars all close by- great views in the morning towards Mont Blanc and Evian at breakfast ( when a clear day) and also from rooms if you opt for lake view "

"All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and had a big bathroom too. The carpets and some of the chairs in our room were a bit worn but it was overall very comfortable. Well located a convenient bus ride from the train station, would definitely stay there again. "
