"This is my second time visiting The Palace hotel. The staff is hugely attentive from the moment you get in. The rooms are spacious, well kept and for my purposes, an excellent set up for working with a very comfortable desk. The gym was surprisingly spacious and well stocked with free and cardio equipment. Breakfast was excellent but a bit pricey at 45 Francs! Had I been with my family that would’ve been 200 Francs for breakfast!? Stay in and have dinner at the hotel restaurant, Grande...

"Lovely hotel and room with a super view. But the room was so over heated. The radiator was on the highest setting when I arrived, I turned it off, but the room was still like a sauna for the rest of the night, and this was on quite a cold day in March! Very poor sustainability wise to be using so much heating unnecessarily. "

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.The staff are outstanding. Polite, helpful with excellent English but prepared to humour my attempts at speaking French. The room was wonderful with an incredible view across the lake to the mountains. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the eggs Benedict cooked to order. The spa was good too. I could not recommend more"

"Lovely comfortable hotel. Spa was a little disappointing as sauna was being refurbed and Haman was not hot enough. However we were offered a free breakfast, which was very good 😊 "
