A fuir absolument ! Tout est faux . Nous avons réservé bien en avance, contacté l'hébergement la veille, téléphoné, rien !!! Une fois devant l'immeuble en insistant nous avons fini par joindre quelqu'un qui nous a dit n'avoir aucun hébergement à proposer !! Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue en famille avec 2 enfants, à montreux un soir de marché de Noël surpeuplé !! Apres 3 heures de négociation avec hotels.com le service client nous a aidé mais que de stress et de temps perdu !! A fuir
