"Beautiful, quiet and clean property that is a pleasure to come back to after a long day. Short taxi ride to city center and we also rented a car and it was not too far from places we wanted to visit. Great breakfast options at the buffet. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and pleasant. We had great massages, ate two delicious dinners and had breakfast there everyday. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend if you want to be close to everything but not in city center. "

Of all the hotels we stayed in Italy, this hit all the check boxes. 5 minute walk from the train station, right next to plenty of shopping and dining options and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Modern conveniences, wonderful shower, comfortable bed and kind staff. They also had an iron I was able to borrow which was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend! "

"From the moment we saw the hotel across the plaza to the moment we checked out and ran to our train, we loved the Grand Hotel Baglioni. The reception staff was wonderful! The gentlemen that helped us the most were Sr Bonarino who checked us in and gave us great transit advice for one of our unique stops, and Sr Francesco, who took our bags right up to our room for us and said hello to us each time we passed in the hallways. The room itself was marvelous! We will absolutely be returning to this establishment in the future. It is in a magnificent location, relatively close to everything downtown, safe, clean, beautiful, and friendly. The premises and staff surpassed our wildest dreams and gave us a very memorable stay in the already memorable Firenze."
