They gave us plenty of recommendations for places to eat and drink, and were helpful when there was a power cut during the night. The room was great with a large comfy bed but visiting the toilet in the night was a little awkward as our private bathroom was across a hallway…having said that we would definitely return and recommend. "Stayed in a room with a nice quiet balcony. This was the perfect place in my opinion, just far enough to be away from the crowds but a ~5 min walk to the old town and sites. Good places to eat within steps. Breakfast was simple but good. Eggs, ham, croissant, etc. The last day I had an early train and sandwiches were left in my fridge to take with in the am. If I come back to Verona, I would stay here without considering other options. "

"Betty’s House….what an amazing B&B. It’s a hidden gem. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden/pool area. Breakfast was fab. Defo plentiful and a good variety of it. What’s makes this place even more beautiful is the owner Betty. What a lovely, friendly and helpful lady. Really enjoyed our stay.
