The key was left in the door for me, my room has everything I needed, clean, comfortable bed, shower, but best of all it was SUPER quiet, I slept very well. "Did not realize that the shared bathroom was for all rooms in the hotel not just two adjoining rooms. Quite a hike up the the floor the hotel is located on. "This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "
