"I wasn't so happy with the property. Our first night was horrible. The room became so cold at around 3 or 4am. I was shivering but the warmer is set to 21' but they could have turn of the heating..second is that there was no sufficient towels. Normally if you enter a hotel or aparthotel you get the towels for the number of days you are staying i,e 4 days, then 4 towels for every person. Next the soap, shampoo or lotion. When we arrived at the place, it was quite cold and there was no guidance on how to turn on the heating and the thermostats on the radiators were covered with rubber, preventing us from adjusting the temperature. "I loved the proximity to the Lille Europe Train Station, metro and bus stops. Easy access to Westfield Euralile and many dining options in the town center. Took me an easy 5 minute walk to the mall and an additional 5 minute to the Center. Many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, Bureau du Change…loved the staff’s attention to the guests, and housekeeping did a great job with the room; it was spotless. Great amenities too (Rituals Products, a Nespresso machine and Kusmi Tea). Will definitely stay again! "

"The receptionist gave us a very warm and friendly welcome when we arrived and showed us around the food court area. As long as you’re okay with a 20 minute walk into the centre of Lille where everything is then this a great hotel to stay in. We found it to be clean and quiet with an array of food options in the food court. "
