Lovely hotel in the city centre. Everything is withing a walkable distance. Nice touch with complimentary small snaks and hot drinks throughout the day and night. Staff frienfly and attentive. Would definitely recommnd and stay here again. Thank you OKKO.

Fabulous value for money. Conveniently placed for the centre, short walk from the train station. Staff very helpful and friendly. The lounger area is open 24hrs and is stocked with food and snacks, great! Rooms clean, quiet and well equipped. Will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Good option for Lille city centre
Great location in Lille; but not at all noisy. The rooms were well equipped and a good size. They had a large lounge/bar/dining room with a help your stove drink and snack station. This makes it great for groups with more than 1 room as there was a nice place to socialise.

This hotel was central so we could access all of the sights of Lille very easily. We walked out in different directions to see different sights. The room was very clean. Particularly liked that there was a free snack bar with drinks etc. would definitely use OKKO hotels again

There’s a huge amount that is positive about this hotel - Staff are friendly The decor is modern and sleek Shower was really nice Toiletries are lovely & smell beautiful Communal area is great and the access to regular drinks and snacks was really handy. Would be if you were a group with more than one room as it’s a handy place to meet up or if you just like company. Location is great, short walk to local attractions. It’s on a main street but I didn’t find noise an issue. This hotel makes very clear efforts to be eco friendly which they execute well. The hotel was very clean. The hotel was quiet, no noise issues at all. General feedback - The corridors felt really dark. It’s clear that this is partially due to the lighting being used in an eco friendly way, which is very welcome, but the wall paint being light, versus dark grey, would definitely help. The room I was in (245) felt really dark in parts, even during the day. I think this is just a combo of the lighting and where the window is. The bed and pillows were really soft. The shower is viewable from the bed. I was travelling solo, so didn’t find this an issue, but it may be less practical for some. To be fair, you could easily go and hang out in the communal area if you wanted to give your travel mate some privacy. Overall, this hotel is a great pick if you are staying in Lille. I probably wouldn’t stay again as I prefer a lighter, airy feel but I’m sure it would be a great option for most.

I would've rated the hotel as 5 stars however on my last evening and following morning there was no hot water. When i mentioned this to reception, the staff member was exceptionally rude and unapologetic. I was bluntly told that someone was coming to fix it that morning and "issues in hotels get fixed quickly" - well then, why wasn't it resolved the night before? It still hadn't been fixed by the time I checked out at 12pm. Why not just acknowledge it was an issue and apologise? Not happy with how I was treated. Aside from this incident, the bed was comfy but i found the duvet too warm for summer temperatures. Complimentary snacks and lounge area are great. I didn't have breakfast as i thought €19 was a bit steep - there are plenty of options on adjacent streets with great coffee.
