"I needed a Vrbo rental for a funeral this past week. This location was ideal and the bedrooms were able to accommodate the three families for a few days just fine. There were thermostats for both floors to adjust the temperature. We were able to get the upstairs to an ideal temperature for everyone, but the basement was a bit cooler. "Wonderful girlfriend’s weekend! The beach is right across the street from the house. Every evening we would grab our lawn chairs and head over to watch it. The beds are comfortable (everyone slept great) The only frustrating thing was the check in process but that’s not the owners fault- we never got the email from VRBO with the check in code so had to reach out to the host to get the info. Besides that- wonderful stay! "

"We rented this place over Christmas to see family and it was so cute! Decorated for the holiday season and the photos didn’t do it justice. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. We borrowed a pack and play from our family. Great location and Kelly was super responsive. I love historic homes and this one is beautiful.I wanted to know the history after visiting! Families came from Chicago, Kansas City and Plymouth.Large screen TVs in living room and basement room were well used. "Overall this was a nice house and a great stay. Nice managers to help when we needed something. East check in and out process. Great parking space in the driveway! Attention to detail and cleaning would be my biggest concern. We found the house to have very dusty pictures on the walls, dust and hair in the shower, the soap dish had goo from the past renters with a new soap on top of it, the towel bar was dangling off when we arrived, and dirt on some walls and doors. "This house is absolutely perfect for a family or small get together. The layout allows plenty of space for everyone, everything was very clean, the home is fully stocked with everything you may need, and is decorated adorably to give the coziest vibe! The small town has a great bar/restaurant and the drive to Saint Cloud or Minneapolis isn’t bad at all! We absolutely loved staying here and plan on coming back to enjoy it in the summer! "
