Our family had a wonderful time, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The sauna and indoor pool were perfect for winding down in the evenings with our kids after a day on the slopes. Overall, this place offered everything we needed for a memorable skiing vacation. "This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.The staff are outstanding. Polite, helpful with excellent English but prepared to humour my attempts at speaking French. The room was wonderful with an incredible view across the lake to the mountains. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the eggs Benedict cooked to order. The spa was good too. I could not recommend more"
