"The staff did their best to make our stay enjoyable. The bathroom toilet has pet water bottles to displace the tank water so it doesn’t use so much. But they fall constantly and cause the tank stopper to stay open which cause water waste. The room air control was hot had to totally turn off to get the room to a temperature that you could sleep in. The service was great the room very poor mold in the tub , room temperature"

"The stay started off bad. Paid for a high end room and was put in one that the bed barely fit in there. We had to step aside of each other to move around the room. Paid for breakfast to be included and front desk said it didn’t show and we would have to check the next morning. After we went down to complain front desk said that was a superior room. Told him I wouldn’t take it and to move us. Was then changed to a 2room suite that was spacious. If I hadn’t complained we would have been stuck in a...
