"We have stayed in many units and booked through VRBO, Seascape Hotel, and private owners. This was our best experience so far. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond to any requests or questions. The unit itself was perfect. Great location, clean and updated, plenty of supplies for a family that enjoys cooking a traditional family dinner. We will be back!!!"

Couple of things, we noticed that the unit smelled of marijuana when we first stepped into the unit. We noticed someone next door smoking it and with the doors open the smell really came into our unit. "The house was PERFECTLY clean, beautifully decorated and there were thoughtful touches everywhere. The view was exceptional and the neighborhood was very quiet (aside from house renovations a couple of houses down). We had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal as the kitchen was WELL equipped. We had issues only with one of the tvs not working. Upstairs beds were very comfortable but the downstairs ones (bunk bed and bigger bed) reportedly were on the hard side. This house is...

"We had a wonderful family trip to this property. We hiked at the nearby Garland Ranch Park, went to a wine tasting within walking distance of the property, BBQ'd one evening and sat around the fire pit for some dessert. There is quite a bit more to do in the area and it is within a reasonable distance from Carmel and Monterey. We had one elderly person in our group who was able to enjoy the spacious lawns with a walker. A memorable trip!"

"Comfortable stay. Extra parking nearby Very responsive host."

"The condo is just as pictured, a perfect ground floor unit with direct access to grass and a path to the beach. I received all the information from Jane prior to the visit and everything was very easy. The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are modern. Only note is the HOA approved electric BBQ did not create enough heat, and should be cleaned between guests."

"Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power...
