"I was very happy to have found this property. It was convenient to Capitola where I had a project to complete and also to outdoor activities I wanted to do in the Santa Cruz-Captiola-Soquel-Aptos area: hiking in Nisene Marks State Park and other parks, and walks along the Santa Cruz & Soquel cove beaches. Comfortable accommodations, responsive host, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities, excellent communication, and a relaxing atmosphere. :)"

"My wife and I spent 3 nights here, and it was perfect for us. It is a very quiet and cozy studio with good access to the Monterey peninsula, as well as the charming Carmel Valley. We ate breakfast in, so we appreciated the mini-fridge, coffee maker, hot plate and microwave. The basket of treats was nice touch, too. We had a good experience here."

"We originally chose this area as we were planning a trip down the Pacific Coast Highway past Big Sur. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Pacific Grove area. There were some very nice restaurants in the area and plenty to see and do. Our accommodations were just right for the location and amenities. The booking and check in process was very easy and the description was bang on. Very pleasant indeed."

"A nice cottage in a convenient location very near to The Breakfast Club restaurant(excellent!) Also Drug Stores,Grocery stores and a clinic. The bedroom and bathroom attractive & were very very comfortable, the living room not so much (needs more furniture-a couch only.). (Shower curtain leaked onto floor) Entire cottage well decorated and clean. Well heated. Ample parking. A nice cottage near home of very nice owners."

"Great accommodations. All the right appliances, cookware, etc. Great location. Very close to Manresa State Park/Beach. Their bikes were really nice to have. 2 minute coast down to the beach...4 minute gentle upgrade back to the house. Nice grilling area, corn hole boards, gas firepits. All-in-all, a really great place. We'll be back!"

"We really enjoyed staying here! Being central to all things in Capitola is incredibly lovely and made our trip better. We encountered a few hiccups here and there and the property management team was responsive and prompt in their help provided. All in all, the apartment was clean, parking was incredibly accessible (especially in a city where it can be hard to come by), and it's the perfect spot for a getaway in the lovely city of Capitola! "Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power...
