"The property was very clean and the home layout was perfect for our family of 6 adults. AC in every room made it super comfortable. The plunge pool in the backyard was nice, but we didn't use it much since the larger community pool was just steps away -- we used that a ton since it had lots of space and wasn't too crowded. From the house to the gates was about a 5 minute walk, and then an additional 12-15 minute walk to the center of Jaco -- but Uber's were also super easy to get. I'd recommend...

"We can’t tell you loud enough that this place and the VRBO adid is way understated. It’s clean, organized, has everything, close to the beach (world class surfing), amazing pool, (YoYo’s restaurant is unreal), secure, best neighbors, close restaurants, should I go on?? There is about a 10-15 minutes ride from the entrance to the house, and there are some hills. It is best to rent a golf cart while staying at the house - its the best way to get around the property. "WOW. What an amazing place. We had a smaller group due to some last-minute cancellations but this house could easily sleep 30 people. It’s HUGE and the location is unbeatable. Right on the best part of the beach (sandy, fewer rocks) and right next to several surf schools if you want lessons! The house is fairly well stocked. "The View, the View, the view. Beds and living space were comfortable and first rate. Not only was it a great leap off point to many awesome adventures, it was very comfortable just to relax, listen to birds and waves. (Challenges, no coffee filters, ice maker, hot water in showers works but runs out if more than one shower is in use, or washer. Dryer was not working but Manuel sent a fix it person right away) "

"Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. "
