"Me and my family had a great time at this resort. The staff was wonderful and the hospitality was excellent… this was a family oriented environment the owner of the entire property kept in contact with me as well. "So we had a terrible occurrence, Due to NO control, and natural flooding in fort lauderdale , all our fights were canceled and couldn't make the trip. We had their JACO tour agent ask if we can get credit for the night we lost if we can make it there and if we can get the difference back from the 12 people that were NOT able to attend . AND the owner SAID NO. We wish we could have seen the property but working with the owner wasnt helpful at all"

"Website is misleading, there aren’t bars or restaurants onsite. Had to walk to Crocs or uber for food and drinks. Location and views were amazing. Unit 703 wasn’t cleaned, mirror and bathrooms were filthy. Main bathroom had challenges of faucet not working correctly and the soap dispenser was broken and leaked contents all of floor making it a slick mess. "

"We came to stay one night with two rooms for a family. This place is cute and the room was conveniently laid out. The pool is small but perfect for kids to play in. We had some questions when we arrived that were answered immediately. We would stay here again."

"Very nice property for an affordable price. I just wish they had better communication about not being able to allow guests in after check-in it kind of started my trip off bad. They need a bigger tv in the living room and Bluetooth upgrades for amenities inside the room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it if you're a couple or bringing your family to Jaco. Very safe tourist location. "
