"Wonderful location!!! Everything within walking distance. Friendly staff, clean modern room. Shower needs repairing. Will definitely return to stay here. If you are driving to the hotel, It’s a ZTL zone so contact the hotel to make arrangements for your car to be garaged. Don’t need a car here. It is in the best location!!!"

"Nice and convenient ace to stay with the family. It can be a little noisy even at late night hours (11 pm-4 am) with people walking by talking loud, motorcycles and scooters, and also the car that cleans the street every night while we were there. If this bothers you, just have to accept you are in a different place and in a different culture. Just have the experience, you are not there forever."

"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

"This property is gorgeous and the stay here was amazing! Our room had the private terrace and we had breakfast out there the next morning! I can’t tell you how picturesque, stunning and just plain peaceful our breakfast was out in the terrace! The morning fog covered the valley, all you could see were the church steeples peaking through, you heard the nice old ladies talking in the streets below while going out for morning bread, the birds were tweeting and cooing.
