"The process of booking was easy from start to finish and the hotel liaised with us prior to arrival to ensure our arrival was smooth. We were welcomed by a friendly, helpful and informative receptionist. Booking in was easy. We were provided with a leaflet with a local area map and restaurant recommendations. "Great hotel with lots of history and character. Excellent location, we walked from the airport and left by walking to train station. Nice breakfast selection. Bit noisy on a Sat night but we were lucky to have a room that faced onto to the river. Would stay again."
