"The service and the staff"

"We stayed at the Ninfa Hotel at the end of November for a couple of nights. The staff here are engaging and dedicated, a very friendly and accommodating welcome. We had a guided tour of the facilities which are recently renovated and upgraded and it is all highly impressive. I recommend trying the restaurant - the food and attention to detail is superb. The inclusive breakfast provides choice and enough to set you up well for the day ahead. I cannot fault the experience, just wish we had stayed...

The apartment we stayed in was okay - we knew it was in the basement of the villa, but it was very dark.
