"This hotel is in the perfect location for visiting the Funk Zone. Literally walk downstairs and you're within a few blocks of everything you'd want to do. Futhermore, the hotel itself is top quality with beautiful rooms and a large, modern yet welcoming lobby. All the staff I encountered were fantastic, no matter what time of day. The only complaint I have is that the bathrooms in the rooms are a little annoying. There is no closable bathroom door, only a translucent glass door that's open at the top and bottom like a designer bathroom stall. All sound from in the bathroom can be heard outside the bathroom, whether you'd like that or not. Furthermore, while the bedroom has a wonderful blackout curtain, the bathroom does not. And with an open glass door separating the bathroom window from the rest of the room, the blackout curtain in the bedroom becomes useless. Overall this one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in every way, with one of the oddest "designer" bathrooms I've ever seen."

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beachfront hotel. Our oceanview room had a terrific balcony with a full water view. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the room was huge! We were there on a Sunday night and Monday so the hotel was not very crowded. The staff was lovely. We had a fantastic meal at the in-lobby restaurant called The Set (like a movie set). Breakfast was in the main dining room with a view of the ocean; delicious with very friendly service. We'd love to come back for more than a couple days to walk into town, ride the hotel-supplied bikes, and enjoy time on the beautiful balcony. "
