"The hotel was good location but it was a little on the older side. Some improvements have been made."

"It was clean and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. They only had one ice machine and it didn't work well. The front desk employees were professional but not friendly and didn't seem very happy. But again they did their jobs and were professional. Overall happy with my stay."

"I mean there aren’t to many affordable options in Santa Barbara or Goleta that also allow dogs, so for those reasons alone it’s a great place to stay. Staff is great, room was a nice safe place for us to get sleep. Not the cleanest just a little bit more dusting and it would be a million times better. But overall we had a great stay and will defiantly go back!"

"I have always wanted to stay at Motel 6 in Santa Barbara. In many ways, it is a normal hotel, but the Retro look of the rooms and property drew me in. It did not disappoint. Whoever decorated this property was spot on. When I walked into my room, I felt like I had moved back to the 1960s. The details down to the refrigerator, the pictures on the wall, and the chair in the room were perfect. The room was clean, the towels were soft, and I got a good night's sleep.
