La cucina e'ben fornita e non c'e'nulla che sia risultato fuori posto. La piscina e'la chicca del villaggio e l'abbiamo utilizzata tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. Torneremo in futuro e consiglieremo a tutti questa stupenda struttura."

"The property is very well maintained and very nicely finished. The interior is very nicely finished including a full kitchen with dishwasher and two nicely finished complete baths. "Hallo , Liebe Leser, nachdem wir die ca. 600m holprige, steinige Straße hinter uns hatten, sahen wir die Unterkunft. Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Toskana und dem schönen Panorama Nest mit unserem Hund. Ruhig gelegen und nur ca. 6 km von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Alles, Perfekt, Sauber, eingezäuntes Grundstück, gut, wenn man mit Hund kommt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist Traumhaft. Auch das Schwimmbad erfüllt seinen Zweck auch wenn es nicht so groß ist, hatten wir viel Spaß....

"We were looking for a quiet, peaceful feeling accommodation with a view of Italian countryside. That is what this property offers. Additionally, there is space and privacy as well as being well located for day excursions to local areas of interest. We were impressed with the quality and level of finishing and decorating. A lot of attention to detail was put into the home making it cozy and comfortable. We loved it!"

"Thank you Letizia for a lovely two days. The flat is comfortable, tidy and well equipped. The location is peaceful. The road to get to the house is a little bumpy but worth it once you get there. Der Eigentümer wohnt lediglich 5 Minuten entfernt und ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.Er ist immer erreichbar und ist umgehend zur Stelle wenn etwas nicht stimmt. "Just returned from a one week stay and cannot praise it enough. Frederica and her family were so friendly and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Really enjoyed the Cooking Lesson and would recommend it for a fun and interesting break fro those superb panoramic views of the rolling countryside. We also really enjoyed our visits to the small hilltop villages that are just a short drive away from the property. We will return!"

Casa pulita, noi siamo stati in 2 famiglie, fattibile con la condivisione dello spazio esterno , veranda in condivisione! La struttura avrebbe preso 5 stelle se installerebbero l’aria condizionata, mettessero dei materassi più morbidi. Comunque ci ritornerei!"
