"We had a lovely 12 day stay in this charming little villa near Tuscany. Loretta was a wonderful host and the location was perfect for us. We enjoyed exploring Sienna, Florence and nearby Poggibonsi, but days in the pool at the villa were hard to beat (especially with the 40 degree heat)."

La cucina e'ben fornita e non c'e'nulla che sia risultato fuori posto. La piscina e'la chicca del villaggio e l'abbiamo utilizzata tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. "We were looking for a quiet, peaceful feeling accommodation with a view of Italian countryside. That is what this property offers. Additionally, there is space and privacy as well as being well located for day excursions to local areas of interest. We were impressed with the quality and level of finishing and decorating. A lot of attention to detail was put into the home making it cozy and comfortable. We loved it!"

"Herzlich wurden wir von Emiliano und Bernice empfangen. Wir waren im Ziegelofen aus der Etruskerzeit untergebracht - klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und wir haben auf der Empore ganz wunderbar geschlafen. Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig, inmitten der Natur, knapp 30 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Der Pool und Garten laden zum Entspannen ein, Annehmlichkeiten wir Brötchen- und Wasserservice runden die Annehmlichkeiten ab. Eine tolle Idee war auch der von von den Gastgebern...

"This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

"Just returned from a one week stay and cannot praise it enough. Frederica and her family were so friendly and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Really enjoyed the Cooking Lesson and would recommend it for a fun and interesting break fro those superb panoramic views of the rolling countryside. We also really enjoyed our visits to the small hilltop villages that are just a short drive away from the property. We will return!"

"We stayed in apartment Falco which has great views over the valley.The apartment is exactly as listed,well equipped and spotlessly clean.It is perfectly placed for visiting all the top Tuscan towns and there are numerous local restaurants within easy reach. Fabio and Annemarie are wonderful hosts and we will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for a wonderful stay."
