"Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno presso questa struttura e ci ha stupiti positivamente superando ogni nostra aspettativa. I cottage sono splendidi, letti comodissimi e gli spazi generosi. La cucina e'ben fornita e non c'e'nulla che sia risultato fuori posto. La piscina e'la chicca del villaggio e l'abbiamo utilizzata tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. Torneremo in futuro e consiglieremo a tutti questa stupenda struttura."

"Hallo , Liebe Leser, nachdem wir die ca. 600m holprige, steinige Straße hinter uns hatten, sahen wir die Unterkunft. Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Toskana und dem schönen Panorama Nest mit unserem Hund. Ruhig gelegen und nur ca. 6 km von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Alles, Perfekt, Sauber, eingezäuntes Grundstück, gut, wenn man mit Hund kommt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist Traumhaft. Auch das Schwimmbad erfüllt seinen Zweck auch wenn es nicht so groß ist, hatten wir viel Spaß....

"The setting for this property was magical. The house, located on a hill overlooking valleys with small family farms, met all our needs during our 8 night stay. We enjoyed breakfasts in the dining area and used the property as a base as we explored Tuscany, Pisa, Lucca and Florence. This was the perfect place for us. "We stayed in apartment Falco which has great views over the valley.The apartment is exactly as listed,well equipped and spotlessly clean.It is perfectly placed for visiting all the top Tuscan towns and there are numerous local restaurants within easy reach. Fabio and Annemarie are wonderful hosts and we will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"We had a lovely 12 day stay in this charming little villa near Tuscany. Loretta was a wonderful host and the location was perfect for us. We enjoyed exploring Sienna, Florence and nearby Poggibonsi, but days in the pool at the villa were hard to beat (especially with the 40 degree heat)."

"Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Gegen die Hitze hat der Pool sehr gut geholfen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern haben ihren Job getan. Draußen unter dem Weinlaub essen ging leider nicht, da die Mücken unersättlich waren."

"This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

Casa pulita, noi siamo stati in 2 famiglie, fattibile con la condivisione dello spazio esterno , veranda in condivisione! La struttura avrebbe preso 5 stelle se installerebbero l’aria condizionata, mettessero dei materassi più morbidi. Comunque ci ritornerei!"
