"The Sovestro was great. The place was ultra clean and the location as an outlet for Tuscany was perfect. We stayed seven nights and walked up to San Gimignano on a dirt side road and drove over 1000Kms in the area from the north to Pisa and south Val D’orcia. Thanks for the staff for being so nice and really looking after us. "

"We stayed one night while walking the Via Francigena trail. The hotel is located in a perfect spot right in the middle of the main square in beautiful San Gimignano. You are near all.the restaurants, shops and attractions bu it was still very quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was great offering lots of variety. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

The accommodations are beautiful, unique with charm and character and yet exceptionally clean and modern. Elena from the front desk was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and had a very nice quality & variety to it. This somewhat remote (12 mins from Rosignano Solvay-Castiglioncello) is quiet, well-maintained and has everything you need for a lovely vacation. There is a guest laundry on the premises that comes with soap and wash and dry for 7.5 Euro"
