"What a dreamy and incredible stay."

"My wife and I chose this property as it was reasonably close to Volterra - the Hilltop city we were visiting the following day. One major problem was locating the property using our GPS system. We ended up on a tractor road at some distance from the property. With some help from neighbors we did find it. IF one titles the property BIOagriturismo Il Cerreto, there is no problem. "We can definitely recommend this property! The pool is amazing as well as the garden and restaurant. I was little bit disappointed of the room - it could be better clean up and the furniture could be in better condition. However we would definitely come back. "

"We had a great week. Lovely house and pool. Friendly owners. Quite remote and distant drom prime locations (Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa and Florence most an hour or more away,) however there are amenities closeby. Nice private appartments."

"We stayed here for 5 nights. The farmhouse and property were beautiful and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, the house was spacious, there was a beautiful pool on the property. We were served a wonderful breakfast every morning. The location is close to San Gimignano but also a good location to visit Siena, Florence and Volterra. The scenery in the area is stunning. The best part was meeting our gracious and kind host Carla. We traveled many locations in Italy and Greece over...

"The location is really amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful I would def go back"

"Location is lovely, very isolated though, so you need a car. No restaurant or even breakfast facilities within less than 3 to 5 km. Great kitchen in the apartment. Perfect when traveling with a dog: you can walk them easily between the fields. Just bear in mind there is no air conditioning in the apartment. Wifi did work so-so. TV did not work and they did not come to fix it despite saying they would. Limited number of power plugs. Lovely beach and free dog beach 15 minute drive away."
