"We had a great week. Lovely house and pool. Friendly owners. Quite remote and distant drom prime locations (Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa and Florence most an hour or more away,) however there are amenities closeby. Nice private appartments."

We were not able to get breakfast but they amazing offers for breakfast and can deliver to your villa. "It was peaceful and quiet place to rest. Having private carpark was good. The host gave us a bottle of Rosé wine which we were pleasantly surprised. The Aircon unit in the place had only heating function, the cooling function was not available. Tried to let in fresh cool air by opening the windows but there was no insect screens so the insects flew in as well. In the end, we slept in the room that was warm and stuffy. It would have great if fans were provided."

"Abseits des Trubels etwas Ruhe geniessen und dennoch nicht weit vom Meer zu sein, das bekommt man hier. Der Kontakt ist äusserst nett und freundlich. Was ins Auge sticht ist die Sauberkeit. Für italienische Verhältnisse wirklich sehr positiv. Die kleine Küche ist funktional mit Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Induktionsherd. Mein Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ruhig."

"Easy check in, beautiful location in the center of vineyards, 5 mins drive to center of Castagneto Carducci and 10 mins from marina/beach. It’s off season so beach area was mostly closed. Super clean and quiet location, off the beaten path. Excellent, hospitable staff, especially during breakfast. Highly recommended!"
