"Zlata and Oleg have a great homey place with an amaizing view of Fish Bay. Nice and quiet side of the island. The hot tub was a great way to spend an afternoon as well.We will definately stay here again on our next trip."

"We had a wonderful stay! The check-in process was seamless, and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. He even met us at the Jeep rental and personally guided us to the property, which was a nice touch. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and towels that were provided—they made our beach days so much easier.To be honest, we spent most of our time either at the beach or in town, so we were really only at the property to sleep. The first night, we noticed some mosquitos, but that’s to be expected in the tropics. Overall, a great experience, and we’d stay here again!"

"Nancy's Folly is the perfect location -- mid-height on hill, south side so not too windy and a mere 8-minute drive into Cruz Bay and its restaurants and shops. The driveway into Nancy's Folly is steep but fully paved and otherwise a dream compared to others on the island I've experienced. But the #1 feature that lured me in to Nancy's Folly: The Porch! With the hot Caribbean sun, shade coverage is important, and the long, covered porch -- complete with outside dining for 4, loungers and conversational "hang out" seating -- is absolute perfection. I spent a lot of time enjoying the porch and its beautiful views, including watching the cute little yellow Bananaquit birds that flew up to dine at the bird feeder. The A/C in the bedrooms worked well and with the ceiling fans made sleeping wonderful. However, the un-air-conditioned main living space could get really warm when the breeze was soft. Elise, the property manager, was responsive to unanticipated issues and made amazingly speedy efforts to correct. Thank you Nancy's Folly and Elise for a very enjoyable week! "

"Having been lucky enough to travel to the Caribbean multiple times, I always worry when something seems too good to be true - and this place, with a private pool, jaw-dropping view, and new interior definitely made me cross my fingers when booking…But MAN, what a lovely place! Tamika was an exceptionally friendly and responsive host, on top of all the property’s other amenities. And, as nice as the pictures are, they fail to convey just how much room and privacy the guests are afforded. Then you start thinking about the location - it’s right on a main road but oriented such that the traffic is a complete afterthought to your experience. The parking lot is large and easy to operate in. You’re 10 minutes from town but also well off the normal tourist routes. It’s truly got a LOT more going for it than the description points out.St John can be challenging to get to and challenging to navigate, but if this place is available there really should be nothing challenging about the decision to scoop it up.
