ARC DU SOLEIL was designed for Guests to experience outdoor living on St. John and perfectly emulates the Caribbean lifestyle. The beauty of the island's natural surroundings are the most prominent feature and enduring allure. An experience which can only be found in the tropics; one that brings the outdoors in, and entices you to become more in tune with nature. This is an experience that is unique to the islands. We cordially invite you to come, relax, and enjoy the Arc.

The Space:
True Caribbean open air living featuring magnificent native stone arches, framing the picture perfect view of the Caribbean sea for dramatic sunsets and star gazing. Polished concrete floors, a large and modern gourmet kitchen, master bath offers his and her vanities, and a soaking tub for unwinding after a fun filled day.
Master bedroom with new Tempur-Pedic king bed, en-suite bath with soaking tub, and on open hanging area for clothes in the bathroom. There are two guest bedrooms with en-suite baths. One on the main floor with Tempur-Pedic king bed and one on the lower level with 2 twin beds that can be made into a King bed.

Guest Access:
BookVI will arrange for a Greeter to meet you at the villa for check-in, provide a tour, address any questions about the property, and offer insights about the island. Check in arrangements will be tailored to your party size, arrival time, and familiarity with the area.

The Neighborhood:
With spacious decks, our large salt water pool, which is more gentle on your eyes, skin, and the environment, provides a perfect vantage point to enjoy the fabulous views of Great Cruz Bay Harbor, across the Pillsbury Sound to St. Thomas, on to other islands and Cays and the endless summer sunsets!
On a clear day, you can easily see Vieques and even the mountains of Puerto Rico.

Getting Around:
BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle for navigating St. John's terrain. We can provide a list of trusted local rental companies and have a few villa vehicles available.. Please inquire with the BOOKVI Team about options!

Other Things to Note:
Guests will receive a contract for signature in order to finalize your booking. Once your flight is booked, please provide your flight information to help us plan your arrival. We can assist with arranging private transportation from the airport to the villa, private taxi service, boat charters, private chefs, and spa services. Guests can expect a few emails to help with your vacation planning. We look forward to welcoming you to St. John!

Arc Du Soleil is managed by BookVI, an island concierge service that is readily available to help with guests needs, whether it be dinner reservations, boat charters, or rental gear for trips to the beach. There is also a property management service on-call for any maintenance needs.

This is a beautiful and unique property! The outdoor living was super cool. We love being outside and the vibe here was awesome. The mosquitoes were a slight issue but easily kept at bay with bug spray. The kitchen was very well appointed and included most condiments and spices you would need. Just a fabulous property!

Beautiful home to create amazing memories
Our family met at this beautiful villa for an amazing week on St John. The home has everything you need from beach chairs to coolers to every possible kitchen appliance you may need. The pool is perfect and the beds are ultra comfy. We will definitely be returning!

We loved the pool, the comfy nooks everywhere, and the cool and dark bedrooms. The kitchen was great, and we played darts and games around the bar until the wee hours, and felt total privacy. Highly recommend!

Could not recommend this home any more! Everything was spotless and exactly as listed on VRBO, if not better. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, I could go on and on. The managing team was amazing and responded immediately to any concerns. We will definitely be back!

So Good You Might Never Leave the House!
We absolutely loved our stay at Arc Du Soleil! It is a beautiful property with breath-taking views, the most refreshing pool, a well stocked kitchen, and everything you could possibly need while you're on vacation, like coolers, towels, chairs, etc. There are so many spectacular beaches to explore on the Island of St. John, but renting a house like this makes it difficult to ever want to leave! We can't wait to come back!

We totally enjoyed the house, it was perfect for our group of 6. The pool was awesome, the view was magnificent. Unfortunately we took the wrong roads up to the house the 1st time, the switchbacks are killers...I would avoid at all cost.. there are 2 ways up...price you pay for that view!!!

Our visit to St. John and our stay at Arc du Soleil could not have been more perfect. Brandon and the entire BookVI team did a fantastic job preparing the villa, meeting us at the ferry and welcoming us to the home, and assisting with any questions we had while on the island. We’ve stayed in a dozen villas on St. John, and this experience and villa are hands down the best we’ve had. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you all for making our week unforgettable!

Perfect family space
We had a lovely two week vacation at Arc du Soleil. All the people we interacted with through the process of booking, to arriving, to helping me coordinate experiences were kind, generous with their time, and helpful. We were stunned by the views and so appreciative of the opportunity to stay here while enjoying St. John and the surrounding US and British Virgin Islands. Both Brandons and Ashley were so kind. The view. The Experience. The relaxation.
Perfect stay in every way. communication with the Villa "team" was almost instant before and during our stay. had an issue with water pressure and someone was there and fixed it within 15 minutes after I texted the 'team'. 5 coolers, 6 beach chairs, pool and beach toys. overstocked kitchen. huge place. I think I counted over 30 places to sit and that didn't include the steps to the pool. stop looking and just book this.

Perfect Villa with a View
The villa was perfect for us. We couldn't get enough of the view which was just as spectacular by day as it was by night -overlooking part of St John and across to St Thomas. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable. We enjoyed watching the birds and surveying all the different orchids planted around the property. Brandan was an excellent host. My only suggestion is to have a softer bed pillow available - maybe there was but we didn't see any. I hope we can visit again very soon!

We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The property is breathtakingly beautiful. Coffee on the open air veranda followed by a dip in the pool are how we started every morning. We ended each evening in the pool! The house is well designed and perfect for 3 couples to comfortably spread out. The location is perfect (we used the car that was offered by the property and drove all over the island (from Cruz to Coral). The house was well supplied with amenities and very responsive to a lock/key issue (our fault) and an electric breaker issue (that was fixed immediately). This is my 3rd stay on the island and I will very likely stay at this property again. It was just THE BEST!

Sunsets and Celebrations
Our group gathered daily by 4 to enjoy the hours before and just after sunset. The home frames the setting sun(and subsequently setting moon) spectacularly. An evening out of the villa felt like an evening wasted. The home centers on a flowing kitchen/dining/living area that accentuates the incredible view. The three bedrooms are very separated private retreats. Excellent snorkel and beach gear comes with the house. Rent your Jeep from Slim Man and your St John vacation is complete.

A slice of Heaven
You really do feel like you could be in heaven high above Grand Cruz Bay. A beautiful home with a wide open floor plan and literally wide open and framed by the beautiful Arc through which to view the most beautiful sunsets and rainbows. All the amenities are there- a well stocked bar and kitchen, snorkel gear, beach chairs, even sunscreen. The most wonderful month with friends and family in this beautiful home on a beautiful island. What more could one ask for. We hope to return and for longer next time. One month was not enough!

Spectacular view and great service
Arc de Soleil was a beautiful home to stay at. The views are simply stunning and the pictures do not compare. We were close to Cruz Bay where many of the restaurants were and also near many of the beaches to visit. The host was great to work with and communicated well. If we were to return to St. John we would seriously consider coming back to this home. There were five of us and we were very comfortable with the rooms and living space. Everyone enjoyed the open space and we spent a lot of time together there. The bar was stocked which was a nice surprise. There were good appliances and kitchen supplies. The bedrooms were comfortable and the AC was nice to have there. The open concept and view was amazing for morning coffee, hanging around and dinners. We are on a tropical island so there were a lot of no see ums and mosquitos. Bring some bug spray. There were also beach chairs, coolers, beach games and snorkel equipment for our many beach days all over the island. We used them a lot and appreciated having them to enjoy. The service was excellent and they were in constant communication. We got a lot of questions answered and help with some excursions and a rental car. They made it easy which is not always the case with every VRBO.
