"We really enjoyed our time at this house. The owner was very nice and met us at the ferry to allow us to follow him to the home. Driving on St John can be challenging on your first trip so this was appreciated! The roads are narrow and steep and they drive on the left. After a day or so, I was getting the hang of it. It was a bit intimidating on day 1. The drive from the house to Cruz Bay was an easy 10 minutes, once I became used to driving. The house was comfortable and had a great view of the water. I would definitely stay there again."

"Cara Mia lived up to everything we expected. The house had 3 separate bedrooms that allowed privacy for our adult children. Would also be great for 3 couples. The view & breeze from the pool deck was amazing and the living area inside was comfortable for watching the Olympics or movie in the evening"

"This was absolutely the best spot on the whole island and we are so happy we chose to stay here. We even got stuck here due to a tropical storm and Carin and Dave extended our stay. They were super welcoming and had everything we needed. They had snorkel gear, chairs, towels & a perfect cooler! The pool was wonderful and we even enjoyed the small hike to the beach everyday. We got to enjoy their kayaks a couple times to go to the other parts of the bay. (We saw 2 huge sea turtles while kayaking) We just can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be planning another trip here. "

"We loved our stay here. Very clean and spacious for a couple with an awesome view and the breeze was the icing on the cake. Our host allowed us to use their beach chairs which were brand new so we didn’t have to pay for rentals at the beaches. We also had access to a small carry cooler which came is great for snacks and water. We gave five stars to all and would definitely stay here again. "

"Five Stars is not enough. The property is 3 large bedrooms with comfy king size beds and beautiful bathrooms. Kitchen with all amenities and large comfortable furniture to relax on. Property is located right on Chocolate Bay with access to the water and very close to Cruz Bay downtown and all the other beaches. Host was incredible. They even had a super friendly neighbor help us out on getting around. Really, really great vacation. We all miss it already. Will be back!"

"The home and property are absolutely gorgeous. We loved this house the most out of everywhere we have stayed. The layout worked really well for us with two masters off the main living area and an additional two apartment style rooms on the lower level. The home is very welcoming and cozy. The living room furniture was amazing! I want to buy it for my own house. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had extras like spices which we very much appreciated. I love how the property manager waited for us at the dock and lead us to the property. It’s in a fabuabout minutes"
