The room I booked was overbooked and when I got back to the room someone's stuff was on my bed and my stuff had been moved, I convinced a couple to sleep together so I could have a place to sleep. "We stayed 3 nights and it met all our requirements and more! I slept on the pull out sofa which was very comfortable . Lots of space to put our things. There is a terrace across the apt with chairs and a table etc. none of us were familiar with Naples and the flat is in really good neighbourhood. "The hostel is very central with a friendly staff. It's an old building so dont expect super fancy, expect cosy and homey. The rooms are large and clean, same with the kitchen. The showers are busy especially now when its super hot, so they are not the cleanest at all times, but I think they are cleaned daily, or even several times a day. Beds are very comfortable too. Overall a very nice stay and a very good hostel for the price! "

"A must stay! Everything was perfect…the front desk staff were so kind and friendly and professional. The room was exceptional and the property was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant….wow! It is a Michelin star restaurant. The food was absolutely outstanding. We have never had such amazing servers before. They made our meal even better. Absolutely wonderful restaurant experience. "On the whole we enjoyed our stay. The balcony was great, bed comfy and a nice bathroom.the staff friendly and helpful. We did have issues… the air con was noisy and we couldn’t turn it off until a staff member came. Air con from other rooms was noisy as were people scrapping chairs across the tiled floors at all times night and day, and locally there was a small dog that constantly yapped from dawn to dusk, however these are problems everywhere.
