"Once we found the hotel, it was a very pleasant surprise. The room and staff were stellar. The elevator was a little bit iffy and slow. The terrace was lovely, and housekeeping requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of storage. Our shower was nice, but the positioning of the shower head at the doors would cause flooding into the bathroom. Due to exceptional service and well appointed rooms, we would recommend this hidden gem. "

Staff are excellent but are not on site 24/7 however are easily contactable via WhatsApp and are extremely helpful. Things to improve: bathroom folding door was broken when we arrived and as a result difficult to close. Towel Hook was loose and about to break off so we couldn't use.
