The villa, built in the sixties, is located less than a kilometer from the town of Porto Ercole, surrounded by a land of 5,000 square meters, overlooking the beach of the Views. Built on two levels, it has two separate entrance doors.
The driveway, flanked by cypress trees, leads to a clearing in front of the garage, from which you can access the terraces through numerous stone stairs.
The villa, surrounded by large terraces on the east and north sides and a garden on various levels, is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, where pines, holm oaks, rosemary, oleanders and agaves coexist.
The view from the garden and from the east terrace embraces the fort La Rocca, the beach of Feniglia, the promontory of Ansedonia, the islet and the tip of Avoltore.
Two stone stairs on the two opposite sides of the property allow you to easily access the beach below.
The multiple levels of the garden are repeated inside the house. From the large living room and dining area, open on the terraces, two small flights of stairs lead to the three double bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom (one with a bath and two with a shower), several built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans.
The living room, furnished with numerous comfortable sofas and decorated with antiques and ethnic items, has a fireplace and a small patio with green plants that gives the house a particularly original note. The dining corner, furnished with a large table, can accommodate up to twelve people.
The terrace overlooking the dining corner is furnished with two twin tables where they can eat as many people, in the shade of a large blind tent.
From the dining corner you access the service area: kitchen, local and service bathroom.
From the kitchen, a spiral staircase leads downstairs, which includes four bedrooms (one double with walk-in closet, two singles and one triple) and three bathrooms, as well as a pantry-equipped room with a fridge.
