"Positives: We had the best available cottage, located at the very back of the grounds. Since it was September, the location was quiet. It would be noisy during season since it is directly across the street from the stage and playground. The cottage was comfortable and had all of the necessary basics in the kitchen. Negatives: parking is at the other far end of the campground. We were told that we could come through the gates and park at the cottage at 16:00. However, they came banging on...

"The rooms were clean and comfortable and the desk staff was great. Most of the other staff members did not speak English, so that was a big challenge. The restaurant was nice but food was just ok. The views of the bay were amazing and the tunnel access to the beach was convenient. The beach was small but clean & the staff there was friendly. "

"A very unique place. Beautiful property, very modern and up to date, in the middle of a very pristinely kept real Tuscan farm with an endless pool. Fantastic real natural Breakfast. The stuff were very nice and welcoming as well just like the true Etruscans would have been. Close to Castello di Marsiliana for a Wine Tasting experience and Porto Santo Stefano for a Monaco like experience. 2 hours to Roma and 2 hours to Firenze.
