"The first available place is Porto St. Stefano is although 11 km. it is 22-23 minutes driving on very dangerous curving road stripped by abysses. Distance from the sea: approx 390 meters, very steeped. Air condition only in one room, sherd building, it is not possible to let the cold elsewhere. No wifi phone sigh is weak you can't create mobil net. Owner only speak Italian. Many thanks to Celice, the manger at the pool, ho help me with translation and in everything."

"Everything about this cottage was stellar, the views, the amenities, the location. We were disappointed at the surrounding property has been impacted by drought or other neglect, so the vineyards were dead, and the olive trees under stress. The club and pool were never promised, but we hoped they might be available to us. Ocean access was via a rough path and very limited. Overall, I highly recommend this listing, but encourage transparency about the current conditions."
