"We had an amazing stay at Rocky Pop Grenoble. We found the room clean, modern with neccessary ammeties, good room temperature and the staff delivered an excellent service. We do not speak French but everyone spoke English including the cleaning team and they made the place feel very welcoming. Thank you all! As it was around Christmas time the hotel was very nice decorated and they also had a team of 5 people dressed as elfs which came to visit the hotel and and interract with people....

"Me and my family of 12 stayed there for a weekend, as we had a family wedding in Grenoble. The staff was kind and attentive, we had a family dinner in the restaurant and they kept it open until past midnight for us to finish dinner. Also, they allowed us to enter the pool before the opening hour and sell us coffees the day we departure, even if it was past the breakfast time. "Stayed at this property many times. Typically very good experience. 2 issues this trip; elevator could only go down and breakdast selection and amount, not like before. Stayed 5 days, never seemed to be effort to fix 1st floor elevator button issue. Breakdast used to be spread out more with more quanties of everything. Always just enough put out. 5 days, only just a few sausage links, always at bottom of milk pitcher, just very little put out."
