"Property is beautiful. The owners take much pride and care in their facility. We had a car to drive to hotel and it was located in the heart of Tuscany. Beautiful grounds and the reateraunt on site was amazing. Room did not have ac but did have fans. Large kitchen and large sitting area. Looks were clean and quiet. Very serene property and wonderful place to relax and get away for a few days. A car is necessary! Plenty of free parking onsite. "

"The reception was extremely helpful with all our queries even before we got to the property and really helped make sure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment came with amazing views and the basic necessities. The pool was a very nice size and kept clean for us to enjoy. We also booked a horse riding lesson which was with a great instructor and I’d highly recommend a ride if you have the time. Thanks for the hospitality! "

"We stayed at this property for two weeks in September 2023. We stayed in the 3 bdr appt with friends of ours. The main draw for us was the central location in Tuscany where we could base our stay. The area is beautiful but the apartment and location have some drawbacks. Pros: The town of Iano is quaint, quiet and with very nice people. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Paola is an excellent hostess and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Breakfast every morning was excellent. The view of the Tuscany landscape from this B&B is amazing. It is centrally located and access to Florence, Pisa and Cinque Terre was easy. I would highly recommend to other travellers."
