"The mattress, sheets and blankets all has dirt on/in them and burn holes in the it, the mattress is beat up and you can feel the springs poking you so we are sore as all hell this morning when we woke up and kept waking up through out the night uncomfortable and in pain. We had to strip down the bedding and shake it out due to all the dirt and other stuff in it."

"Tim offered a room upgrade, which was pretty nice and really appreciated. The room was comfortable but not soundproof -- you can hear every word of a conversation behind the wall. The swimming pool is always a big plus when you come with kids. This hotel is just a short walk from Pats Peak skiing area, so overall we enjoyed our stay."
