We booked a 2nd floor apt but 24 hours before, Nelson let us know there was some weather related damage and moved us right to the 1st floor. We appreciated the quick problem solving because the hotels in the area was already sold out of rooms. The apt was beautiful, quaint and offered unexpected amenities like candies and mini toiletries.
