"Just amazing property Lucca was lovely. The road leading to the house was no joke its really off-road. I had a rubbish car and it made it but you need to have some vague confidence. Pizza night organised was really enjoyable had a smashing time. Id say the house is definitely child safe but for a really active 1 year old we found ourselves constantly having to monitor him every second he was awake. But it’s defiantly manageable really nice stay and well worth the visit. "

"The quiet setting of this old farmhouse provided a calm retreat from the hectic days of sightseeing. Giacomo was a gracious host, meeting us when we arrived, giving us numerous helpful tips about sightseeing and restaurants, things to do and places to see. The spacious bedrooms of the house and views of the countryside are beautiful. There are stairs to negotiate, and having a vehicle is helpful. "

"My family (6 of us, all adults) spent a week at this lovely farmhouse in Tuscany. The host is amazing and made sure we are comfortable and nothing is missing, she gave us a great and educational olive oil and wine tasting, the property is wonderful with olive trees all around and a large pool to enjoy, every bedroom had its own bathroom and the location is perfect for day excursions to see much of what Tuscany had to offer. "Absolutely wonderful. It was what I imagined a Tuscan Villa would be and more. It is private with spectacular views. The inside is roomy and comfortable with beautiful vaulted wood ceilings throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could think of. The pool is great with a gate that keeps children safe. The terraces with cushioned seating were perfect for lounging. The beds were very comfortable. Nice washer and clothes line. Highly recommend."

"What a beautiful location. Perfect for day trips to all the Tuscan attractions and towns. Less than 5 minute drive to Montecarlo where you can find some lovely restaurants. Only complaint was contractors on scaffolding right outside the terrace and kitchen windows…..and the elevator was out of service for a 5th floor flat. A pre-arrival notification would have been appreciated as we would have attempted to find an alternate location without the walk up."
