"I absolutely love this hotel. It is close to everything, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel! There is 2 supermarkets, one on the same side of the hotel, right next to it and 1 across the street. There is an amazing pastry shop 2 blocks down, a pizza place and a delicious restaurant called TITOS, I highly recommend. The area is safe, I travel aloe and I never had any issues. The front desk is very helpful and there is parking availability. The hotel is safe and offers the breakfast that I do recommend if you like eggs and bacon, the breakfast is abundant, and the view is quite impressive. The proximity to the airport is 5 minutes by cab I never had any issues, this is my 3rd time here. "

"Great hotel, staff polite and helpful. Lovely looking building inside and out. Watch the tiles on the bedroom floor as slipped over very badly on them (it hurts!) Bathroom tiles no bother at all! Ate in the bar, excellent service by lady behind the bar. Room was lovely (besides the slippy tiles). Comfy bed and we had shutters and a balcony. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours (a very loud snorer next door) but fortunately managed to sleep okay. The walls are supposedly soundproofed. If you’re driving we got confused by the ZTL signs which show before the hotel but the staff assured us they are out of the zone and these signs are to do with emissions on old cars. "

"I thought that the spa offering was both unique and a nice vip offering. I said no to the offering prior as I did not get an up graded room. I did request a different room because of the steps and we had told them before that we could not lug the luggage up more steps. They did move us to an end room but it was not any different than the one we had aside from the no steps needed to enter the room from the hall. "
