"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. "Liked: huge balcony, smart layout of the flat, good quality equipment, 3 fans, nice pizzerias (Pizza du Pub) Didn't like: flat itself is a bit small, kid's kit didn't include bathtub although advertised on their leaflets that it is there, broken safe box, balcony door very hard to lock therefore exposing ourselves to theft, not enough sunbeds"

"This park of rental apartments was taken over recently by Vacance soleil. They renamed it to "résidence club" to give the impression that it's more than a rental apartment. It's not. The apartments are ok but old fashioned (with only some newly build) and the swimmingpool is way to small for the amount of apartments (125 apartments vs 60 beds around the pool). The food is also very average. Nevertheless the location is magnificent. The "re-branding" is done clearly done for commercial reasons...

"Didnt like anything in this property! be aware this is a small studio apartment that been divided to create a closet size "1 bedroom". while the view is ocean view no one shows the pictures of the "complex" and the corridors. As this is not a hotel you will get someone calling you via WhatsApp and informing you that for towels and bedsheets, they charge extra. there is no assigned parking and due to the fact this is a mega residential block, accessing the unit is not that straightforward. "We had a great stay at this property. Location is very central and close to restaurants, shops & the beachclubs. Good amount of space, 2 beds, 2 bath, clean, modern, very comfortable. AC worked very well and had separate meters for the common area and the two bedrooms which was a great plus. "

"The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Every employee on site would make eye contact and greet you every time they saw you, in a very genuine way. We just felt very welcomed and cared for. The easy walk to the beautiful beach, with Sun loungers and umbrellas assigned by room, so you never had to search for a chair - amazing!!"
