"What can I say we absolutely loved the chalet it was perfect for us! We were cycling and the chalet location was fantastic for doing the mountains we wanted to tick off. The chalet was beautiful, clean and the hosts very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. What a beautiful part of the world, I would 100% recommend! :)"

"This was our second stay in this chalet and we had another thoroughly enjoyable week. The chalet is warm and clean and benefits from the sun streaming into the property. Le Grand Bornand is a great village with restaurants and shops and the ski area is friendly and perfect for family or leisure skiing. Would be very happy to stay again some day !"

"Lovely homely chalet with absolutely amazing views. Very well equipped. Great walks nearby. Few things a bit dated but the chalet has a lovely warm feel to it. The host was very helpful, answering our queries quickly and clearly had fantastic knowledge of the local area. Please note the hot tub is wood fired so takes a long time to warm up, so you do need to be around all day to get it warmed up which for us wasn't practical as we spent our days out exploring, "

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce grand châlet, idéal pour 10 personnes. La pièce de vie est assez grande pour ne pas être les un sur les autres. Il est très bien situé si vous voulez être au calme des stations, qui restent très proches (mais qui sont bondées lors des vacances scolaires donc beaucoup de circulation pour y accéder, mais des navettes sont à disposition proche du châlet.) Des petites choses nous ont toutefois manquées comme davantage de produits de première nécessité pour...

"Wonderful stay. The property was very well equipped, plenty of entertainment for all the family. The owners gave us wonderful recommendations. We had a wonderful time and already planning to come back. Highly recommend."

"We stayed for two weeks in September in Le Lachet. It’s a compact, well equipped two bed chalet, located about 1km out of the small town of Thônes between Annecy and La Clusaz. The chalet had everything we needed and was very clean. There’s a dishwasher in the kitchen area and a small washing machine in a separate utility room (accessed from the outside). There is parking just at the rear of the chalet, and plenty of seating and a table on a decking area for outdoor living if the weather...

"Me and my family spend a week in this beautiful chalet!It was charming,nice and cozy,with an amazing view, fireplace, jacuzzi, there's nothing to complain!The owners are really nice and friendly, easy to communicate and ready to help with anything! The chalet is very close to shops and the beautiful town centre of Thones,and close to the slopes ! We will definitely come back again!"

"This chalet is off the beaten track- if the closest piste isn’t open ( it wasn’t for us) it is a 200m walk up a steep hill to get to your car. However, the reward for this is the most quiet, peaceful chalet we’ve ever stayed in - truly beautiful Marinelle and Pierre are perfect hosts - nothing was too much trouble. They advised and arranged things such as airport transportation for us. Pierre even brought us some amazing cheese and smoked sausage Can’t wait to go back !"

"Good place to stay, love the reception staff, all super nice and speak different languages. There was some working around the hotel, but they did their best to accommodate our request for a quiet room, even letting us enter the room before check-in time. Apart from one morning without water that the hotel quickly fixed, I couldn't fault anything. Rooms are small but with everything you need, close to the city center and the train station, perfect for having something to eat as the city can be...
