"We loved this hotel. I received personal messages from them confirming my stay and we were upgraded upon arrival. Front desk staff was exceptional at check in, and our room was outstanding. Spotless. We had a delicious dinner in the hotel after exploring all day. The pool was warm and also extremely clean. The view of the lake from the hotel is quite beautiful. "

"Great location to enjoy the lake and surrounding parks. An easy walk to the old part of town. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and seperate toilet. Nice extras like Evian water replenished daily, welcome cakes, farewell jam and cake. Valais parking was excellent. Lovely experience. "

"Beautiful hotel - very chic decor . Room is lovely - very clean with large comfortable bed. Beautiful bathrom .Staff were excellent - great check in experience. ( just a note that there are no wardrobes or cupboards in the room we stayed in so may not be great if you’re staying a while but was fine for an overnight . Hotel recommended a lovely restaurant nearby- casa nostra - we all had a lovely meal there including gluten free pasta options . "

My room was well-appointed and quiet, perfect for both rest and work. I particularly appreciated the convenient location with easy access to public transportation. "Our favorite thing was proximity to the train and bus (literally right across 2-3 min walk) and yet the apartment was comfortable and quiet. We didn’t hear the train or traffic from the room!! I appreciated that rooms were free of smoke odors given lots of people smoke in public places in the city. I loved how close this hotel is to eating spots, Migros grocery store for breakfast and snacks. It is in the Geneva downtown area. Only con- I wished for cooler air conditioning but it seems having none is common in Switzerland. The room was a bit small but very clean. Suited our needs for exploring the city and just coming back to rest at night. Staff was friendly. 10/10 would visit again!! "
